The engineers replaced the gravity-based animal weight measurement system with an infrared thermal detection system using a special sensor. This made it possible to increase the security of the protection system. Moreover, the designers have eliminated the need for constant reboots of the device when adding sand or cleaning the container with excrement, because in the early version it was a lot of trouble and took a lot of time. Added control buttons, instead of a touch screen, which could not stand wet fingers and cold hands, refusing to execute commands. In general, we can say that the modernization gave the new device a new life. The self-cleaning cat litter box is designed for a pet weighing up to 7.5 kg, from a kitten to an adult cat.
The automatic tray itself cleans up after the animal, maintaining hygiene and eliminating unpleasant odors. In addition, it is extremely unpleasant for a pet to visit an uncleaned toilet. With the use of such a tray, these problems are solved almost instantly.
The system turns on 5 minutes after the cat visits the toilet. This is done so that the cat can leave and not be frightened by the device. The cleaning process takes 4.5 minutes at a low noise level of up to 25 dB. When the device is cleaned and the cat enters the device again, the cat stuck protection will work and it will stop working immediately. If the cat leaves, the device will continue to work after 15 seconds.
The toilet cover is removable. For better habituation of the pet, you can use the toilet both open and closed. If the device is used in an open state (not covered by a dome), it is necessary to take into account the conditions due to which the infrared sensor can catch people passing by or cats passing by and often work. In this case, take care of a secluded, non-passage installation site.
The toilet uses the usual clay (bentonite) filler of fine fraction, which is sold at any pet store and is inexpensive.
The trash compartment holds up to 2 liters, which allows you to empty it less often. The closed system and fast cleaning minimizes odors from the process.
Recommended for use with no more than 2 cats per household.
