Warranty period depends on the type of product. Time is counted from the date specified in the warranty card. It is important to carefully inspect the package upon receipt. If the damage occurred due to the fault of the postal staff, it is necessary to make a photo / video / fixation and write a statement directly in the mail. All equipment is checked by Service Center technicians before dispatch. We ship the checked goods in their original packaging, carefully pack and make video fixes when sending. If the Buyer picks up the parcel from the postal service, this means that the parcel was examined by him and there were no external damages to the packaging and the product itself. From this moment, all responsibility for signs of damage, scratches, equipment, appearance, etc. rests with the Buyer.
Warranty service conditions from the manufacturer's factory provide for free warranty service and technical support for the period specified in the warranty card. In the event of a malfunction, the complete product is sent at the buyer's expense to the Liectroux Ukraine Service Center. Then, the goods are sent by us to the manufacturer. The term of repair of your product may take 1-2 months, including the time of delivery to the manufacturer and vice versa. The Service Center is not responsible for the delivery deadlines by postal services! The end date of the warranty service does not change (not extended).
Warranty conditions from the Service Center "Liectroux Ukraine"
Provide free warranty service and technical support for the period specified in the warranty card. In the event of a malfunction, the product is sent at the buyer's expense to the Liectroux Ukraine Service Center. Diagnostics and repairs are carried out within 1-2 days from the date of receipt from postal services. Original spare parts and consumables are always available.
According to the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights” dated 05/12/1991, No. 1023 - XII, the return and exchange of goods is possible within 14 days, provided that:
- integrity of all seals on the product
- the product should not be in use
- the product is required to maintain its presentation.
In case of violation of the integrity of the seals, the product warranty is automatically voided and the goods are not exchanged, repaired or returned!
Maintenance and repair of Liectroux equipment purchased on other sites, stores, etc. is not performed.
The service center always has spare parts and consumables for quick repair and maintenance of our equipment.

What documents are required for return / exchange of goods in a 14-day period?
Please make sure that no more than 14 days have passed from the time of purchase to contacting the Seller with a request for return / exchange of goods, not counting the day of purchase, but including weekends, holidays and days of delivery of goods to the Buyer by postal services. Exchange / return or after-sales service is possible only if there are all the necessary documents:
1. A document confirming the purchase issued by the Seller (acceptance certificate / delivery note / check or other document issued by the Seller confirming the fact of purchase)
2. Warranty card for the product
3. The certificate of inspection of the product status issued by the Service Center "Liectroux Ukraine"
· The product has no signs of use and damage, scratches, in a complete set (as at the time of purchase), its presentation and all consumer properties are preserved (the product is included, all functions are working)
4. Identity document (copy)

How to get the “Product Inspection Certificate” issued by the Liectroux Ukraine Service Center?
If you believe that all the requirements of Article 9. The Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Consumer Rights” have been met, you can send your product and copies of documents issued to you by the seller when you purchased the product to the Liectroux Ukraine Service Center to receive a “Condition Inspection Act” products ".
If upon receipt by the Service Center the postal service shows visible damage to the factory packaging (box), we have the right to refuse to accept such goods for inspection and refuse to issue an “Inspection Certificate for the product’s condition”, since the product will already have visible damage and not presentation . A photo / video / fixation of the package will be made and sent to you to determine the circumstances of damage to the package by the postal service. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you take a photo / video / fixation of the condition of the package when sent by the postal service to confirm their guilt and reimburse you for damage in the transportation of the parcel.
Inspection / verification and issuance of the “Product Inspection Act” is completely free with photo / video / fixing the unpacking and verification of your product.
Sending the product to the Service Center "Liectroux Ukraine" is carried out at the expense of the customer without cash on delivery and payment of the cost of the product. After the positive conclusion of the Liectroux Ukraine Service Center on the possibility of return / exchange, a copy of the “Product Inspection Act” is sent to the Buyer, another copy to the Seller of the product. The seller must set a date for the return of funds / exchange of goods after receiving the "Act of inspection of the condition of the product." The time for consideration of the application depends on the complexity of the case and is negotiated with the Seller.
If during the inspection (with photo / video / fixation) by the Liectroux Ukraine Service Center, problems or product defects committed due to the Buyer's fault were discovered:
- Inaccurate handling of the product
- Traces of use of the product, scratches, mechanical damage, etc.
- The product or packaging does not have a presentation
the product is not subject to return / exchange.
Photo / video / recording inspection of the product, as well as the product itself will be sent back to the Buyer, at his expense.

Article 9. Consumer rights when purchasing goods of good quality
The consumer has the right to exchange non-food goods of good quality for a similar one from the seller from whom he was purchased, if the goods did not satisfy him in shape, dimensions, style, color, size or for other reasons cannot be used by him for the intended purpose.
The consumer has the right to exchange goods of good quality within fourteen days, not counting the day of purchase, if a longer period is not announced by the seller.
An exchange of goods of good quality is made if it has not been used and if its presentation, consumer properties, seals, labels, as well as a settlement document issued to the consumer along with the sold goods have been preserved.
The list of goods that are not subject to exchange (return) on the grounds specified in this article is approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
If at the time of the exchange the similar product is not available for sale, the consumer has the right to either purchase any other goods from the existing assortment with the appropriate recalculation of cost, either terminate the contract and receive money back in the amount of the cost of the returned product, or exchange the goods for the same upon the first receipt of the corresponding goods for sale. The seller is obliged on the day of receipt of the goods on sale to inform the consumer who requires the exchange of goods.
Upon termination of the contract of sale, settlements with the consumer are made based on the value of the goods at the time of purchase. The money paid for the goods is returned to the consumer on the day of termination of the contract, and in case of impossibility to return the money on the day of termination of the contract - at another time by agreement of the parties, but no later than seven days.
